Mr. Blurry Cam is a bit of a celebrity on the internet. If theres a rumored cell phone or new prototype of a technology out there, he usually sneaks over to Youtube to ruin all the fun. One man's ruin is another man's excitement though correct? Mr. Blurry Cam seems to have captured a video of someone with the rumored and not-yet-to-be-announced Playstation phone.

Rumored to be under the Sony Ericsson name, the "Z1" or Zeus as it has been reported as is shown here in all it's Android goodness, with what looks to be at least a 4 inch screen. But upon closer inspection there is a little more reason to may-or-may-not be excited. The notification bar looks a little bit darker than the stock Android one, which is an indicator that it is running the new Android 2.3, or Gingerbread for those who haven't eaten recently.

This may seem to be drawing a lot from a very blurry video, it's exciting nonetheless. We unfortunately do not get to see the anonymous person turn the phone sideways and show us the sexy control pad but all the front-facing buttons and the overall look of the device fit all the pictures that have been released for the device so far. Let's hope that this will be so good that it washes the terrible taste of the PSPgo from our mouths.

Review: GoldenEye 007 on the Wii is more than a homage

[Editor's Note] This review is a shortened version from my recent take on the game at Talking About Games. Click the link for a more in-depth review.

Activision certainly took a huge gamble when they announced last May that they were remaking the classic N64 first-person shooter GoldenEye for the Wii. A GoldenEye purist like myself (both as a fan of the original and the film it was based on) was skeptical of the idea of remaking a game that is still played in some shape or form today. I assumed that this would be a quick cash-in for Activision and developer Eurocom, but after finally sitting down and playing through the campaign and richly-deep multiplayer, I'm glad I was wrong...dead wrong.

Hit the jump to see if this re-imagination has earned its license to kill.

Do you love playing games on your Xbox 360 day-in-and-day-out? Do you enjoy using Netflix to watch a few of your favorite and not-so favorite movies? Or do you simply enjoy using Xbox Live as a Silver member just because your income isn't satisfying you? If so, then Microsoft has quite a deal for you with a program that's made to reward Xbox Live users with some fresh Microsoft Points. Major Nelson broke the news today that Microsoft will implement a Xbox Live Rewards program.

The announcement comes hot off the heels of Sony announcing a similar program aptly titled, PlayStation Rewards. This new program from Microsoft will be free to all Gold level Xbox Live members, but Silver level members aren't necessarily left in the shadows. The chart above details what an Xbox Live user can do to earn Microsoft Points, including a few options for Silver members. Some of these actions include taking quick surveys and renewing one's Xbox Live account, which can net a Gold member upwards to 200 Microsoft points. Although, Major Nelson did note that one can earn rewards by "watching movies and sports, playing games and more." If that's the case, then I'm sure Microsoft won't mind all of us at Gameshoe playing Call of Duty: Black Ops 24/7 to ensure we never have to spend a dime on an Xbox Live Arcade title.
