No surprise here but Assassin's Creed Brotherhood is selling; and selling really well, especially in England. Like 1 million copies in a week. May sound like chump change to people around here but that's still a million video games.
In an interview with Geoffory Sardin, chief of marketing and sales at Ubisoft, he said the Assassin's Creed games have sold in excess of 20 million games. Which is good but what he said next was the interesting bit, hit the break to read more.

Sardin went on to drop a little hint as to when the next installment of the Assassin's Creed franchise would drop. He said that the series is in course to have sold 30 million copies by the end of 2011, just in time for the fourth game in the series which will drop late next year.
Whew, talk about dropping bombs. Ezio hasn't even gotten his boots broken in yet in ACB before the developers are talking about next year. Sardin mentioned that no, Black Ops hadn't hindered their sales and they expect the same to happen next year when they launch the next installment of the game.
"Yes, Yves [Guillemot, Ubisoft's CEO] mentioned it last week in our financials and more details will be forthcoming. But what I can say is that next year we will have another big Assassin's Creed game."
Who else is excited?
