As we wait patiently for Nintendo to join the rest of the console world in the realm of HD gaming, a little gizmo could help us non-HD Wii owners. A company by the name of VDIGI will be offering a sweet little device that will bring your Wii into the glory that is 1080p. The device is called the VD-W3 Wii HDMI Upscaler and it's currently a hot-seller among Wii owners who desire high definition gaming. The catch though: it'll cost you about $75 just to get your grubby hands on this little puppy. Does it work? Well, it's hard to tell if a single converter could solve Wii owners HD problems, so I'll remain skeptical until I have one. It is a step in the right direction for an HD future on a Nintendo console.
